In this video, I share a story from a time in my life when I struggled with depression, specifically with Prenatal Depression. Postpartum Depression has much more awareness. In fact, I didn’t even know this is what I suffered from until it ended shortly after my daughter was born, and I returned to myself. Sadly, I didn’t see a poster advertising help for this condition, until my daughter was taken to our local health office for an appointment.
