Introducing what I hope will become a weekly Wednesday feature at the blog: good Christian music recommendations! I spend much of my life listening to and exploring music, so why not share the wealth?

This song is by Christian artist “John Mark McMillan.” If you’ve never heard of him there are several albums you can sample from his website here and all his music is available on Spotify. An interesting fact- he was the original writer of “How He Loves Us” made popular by David Crowder.

The song Future/Past was significant to me during the six month wait between my diagnosis with a stomach tumor and my surgery date. It reminded me that God had my life in the palm of his hand, and that he knew my story from beginning to end. Here’s a live acoustic album the guys put out. It might be new to you, but it’s from their 2014 album “Borderland.”
